At Ember & Oak, every cup tells a story of distant hills and honest hands. Our founders grew up exploring Oregon’s wild woods before journeying to coffee farms across Ethiopia, Guatemala, and beyond—seeking beans with origin, character, and a sense of place.
Every bag is personally sourced, every roast done in-house at dawn. We pay above fair trade to honor the craft of our partner farmers. Our cafe is a haven for Portland's dreamers, readers, and remote creators—a living room brimming with the scent of fresh ground beans, honeyed pastries, and warm laughter.
